These terms explain the conditions for using this website and purchasing digital products. Please read them before adding funds or placing an order.
Eligibility and account security

Wallet deposits and orders
Wallet funds must be successfully credited before an order can be placed. Orders are paid from the available wallet balance. A deposit showing as pending is not available spendable balance. Do not make duplicate deposits while a payment is being checked.
Product and account details
Check product, denomination, country/region, server and all requested User ID/Zone ID or other details before confirming. Processing may be delayed or impossible if the details are incorrect or a provider has an outage.
Digital fulfilment
Delivery times depend on product and provider. Many orders are processed automatically; some may require manual review. An order status is updated when reliable fulfilment/payment information is received.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse or attempts to compromise systems. Products, prices, regions and payment methods may change. We may pause transactions to investigate security or provider issues.
Applicable rights
These terms are intended to be read consistently with applicable law. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
