How It Works
A simple, wallet-first process for purchasing eligible digital top-ups, gift cards and other digital products.
1. Sign in
Create an account or sign in to access your wallet and order history.
2. Add funds to your wallet
Open the wallet deposit area and choose a payment method currently available for your country/region. Complete the payment and wait for the deposit to be confirmed.
3. Choose your product
Select the product, denomination, region/server and any required account fields. Review every detail before continuing.
4. Place the order with wallet balance
The wallet must have sufficient confirmed funds. The order is paid from your wallet balance; an unpaid or pending deposit cannot be used to place the order.
5. Track fulfilment
View My Account → My Orders for the order ID and status. Most supported local gateway deposits confirm automatically, while some transfers, crypto payments or provider cases may take longer and need manual review.
6. Get help
If a payment or order is delayed, contact support with the order ID or transaction reference. Never share passwords, OTPs or crypto private keys.
